From birth through rearing to the sale of top-quality meat, all steps take place in Luxembourg.

A diet consisting exclusively of grass and hay, plenty of movement and a long maturation of meat are key to this exceptional quality.

The preservation and promotion of biodiversity is the absolute priority of our label! Our robust cattle graze in small numbers all year round on ecologically valuable meadows in order to create and preserve rare habitats. Our label also plays a key role in the National Plan for Nature Protection (PNPN) of the Government of Luxembourg.
