Out of respect for the animal

Respect for the animal is our priority – based on this conviction and from an economic point of view, we aim for a high-end marketing of the entire animal.

We therefore offer you a range of different cuts – from precious pieces to ragoût to high-quality minced meat. This principle is always adhered to – both in sales on the farm and in retail.

A fair price for the farmer

We have a responsibility towards our farmers – fewer animals on the pasture, a slaughter-ready age of at least 30 (twice as much as conventional beef) must be taken into account and fairly remunerated.

Our label therefore guarantees a fair price to the farmer, remunerating the sustainable use accordingly.
