After the creation of the label Naturschutz Fleesch (lux. for “Nature protection meat”) in 2013, the farmers united under the form of a cooperative to produce high-class meat.

Our producers follow the strict rules of the label and can rely on the cooperative for slaughter, processing of meat and marketing.

Since 2016 the cooperative has grown to 17 producers from all over Luxembourg. We cultivate a total of 1,240 hectares of pastures as extensive year-round grazing with robust cattle.

We are in control of all production processes, from rearing the animals, through slaughtering and processing to sales.

We are in close contact with our producers as well as partners for slaughter, processing and sales and can thus guarantee constant quality assurance.
